Are your stones real?

Yes. Every stone in every piece is authentic. We disclose the specific stone type and any standard treatments (oil-filled emeralds, heat-treated rubies) on every product page. If it says kundan, it's real uncut diamond; if it says polki, it's real uncut natural diamond; if it says emerald, it's real emerald.

Is the gold real?

Most of our pieces are 22k gold-plated over a base metal (usually silver or brass), which is the traditional approach for this style of Pakistani jewelry. We do not sell plated pieces as solid gold — the material and plating are disclosed on every product. Solid-gold custom orders are available on commission.

How do I know my piece is authentic?

Every piece ships with a signed authenticity card from our atelier detailing the material, stones, and artisan. You can verify any piece with us on WhatsApp — photos are fine.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes. Use our AR Virtual Try-On from any device with a camera, or schedule a studio appointment in Lahore. For out-of-city customers, we can also ship on approval for orders over PKR 50,000 — details on WhatsApp.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, on request. We ship regularly to the UAE, UK, US, and Canada. Customs/duty is the buyer's responsibility; we declare accurate values on the customs form.

What if my size is wrong?

For bangles and rings, size exchanges are free within the 7-day return window. We'll send a courier to pick up the wrong size and deliver the right one at our cost.

How should I care for my pieces?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each wear. Store in the pouch we ship with, in the box, away from moisture. Avoid perfume directly on the piece and remove before swimming or bathing. Kundan, meenakari, and pearl pieces are especially sensitive to water.
