Returns & Refunds
Seven-day returns — no questions asked
You have seven days from the day of delivery to return any piece for a full refund. We mean it. If you don't love it, send it back.
How to return
- WhatsApp us at +923001234567 with your order number.
- We send a courier to your address to pick up the piece in its original box and pouch.
- Once received and inspected (usually 2 working days), we refund via your original payment method — bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or the card used — within 5 working days.
Condition
The piece needs to come back in original condition with the authenticity card and packaging. Any kundan, meenakari, or polki work that's been damaged by improper handling (water, perfume, sharp impact) can't be returned — we'll tell you honestly on inspection.
What we can't return
- Custom orders — engraved, resized, or made-to-measure pieces are final sale. We'll always confirm before starting custom work.
- Earrings for hygiene reasons, unless the piece arrives defective.
- Pieces discounted more than 40% — store credit only.
If your piece arrives damaged
Message us within 24 hours with a photo. Transit damage is our responsibility, always. We replace or refund immediately, no courier-claim runaround.
